Traditional Vintage

This champagne is revealed in a pale gold color.
The nose is expressive and reveals a certain patina with hints of boiled apples, morning pie, all-flower honey, toast, pastries and sweet spices.
The appetizer is creamy, refreshing with hints of orange, verbena and menthol. The finish is slightly spicy on a sweet blend of ginger and white pepper nuanced peach vine.

Selection of beautiful Pinot Noir and Chardonnay wines.

 

Style

Fine Balance in mouth with little dosage, wine in its simplest form.

Champagne for a meal with white meat.

Marriage

To be enjoyed as an aperitif, on a fish in sauce, a pigeon or a stuffed quail.
