Once Upon a Time

This champagne is dressed in a pretty pale gold dress.
The first meeting in the nose is already a story. complexity in nuance with nougat, mile of acacia, praline, vanilla, caramel milk and ripe citrus.
After aeration, some notes of mint, sweet spices and chestnut honey prolong the journey.
The mouth is silky, creamy. The very fine bubble is caressing. the low dosage allows the wine to express itself with the same complexity as the nose.
The final is very long, slightly minty, on the mineralized of its soil.

Expressive nose, frank attack, the mouth is marked by the roundness and fluidity of the fruitiness.
